Kizhi (Pinda Sweda)

Kizhi, also known as Pinda Sweda, is a traditional Ayurvedic heat therapy in which warm herbal poultices are gently pressed and massaged over the body. These poultices are prepared using medicinal herbs, leaves, powders, or grains, tied in soft cotton boluses and applied rhythmically.

This therapy delivers therapeutic heat along with herbal absorption, helping reduce pain, stiffness, and inflammation.
